My little buddy turned 4 years old! Andrew wanted to have Grandpa and Grandma H. and family come down for his party. We started off by going sledding at an awesome hill just a few miles from our house. When it got dark and everyone got cold, we went home and played Wii for a few minutes and then ate one of Andrew's favorite foods, pizza!
Then it was time for presents and cake. Andrew wanted a strawberry lemonade cake with four layers that he saw on my pinterest page. It was a little more work to make the actual cake, but it saved me a lot of time on the decorating. He just wanted sprinkles, which I could totally handle. It was fun to try a different cake, and it turned out yummy.

Happy b-day Andrew! The cake looks divine. Mmm...
One of these days we'll get around to cleaning out our junk in the garage and we'll find Andrew's b-day present. In the meantime, looks like he had a wonderful day.
