Christian's favorite gift was a Pez dispenser from his stocking. He was so fascinated by it that he had a hard time opening any other gifts. Next year... no presents... just Pez.

One TV station here shows this fireplace scene for several hours on Christmas morning to create a nice mood for all of us without real fireplaces.

We combined our two family traditions and had cinnamon rolls, oranges, hot chocolate, and yogurt for breakfast. YUM!

First of all, I love the fireplace station! how hilarious. I'm glad you like ticket to ride--Eric got Ticket to Ride Europe from my parents. it is so fun!
Dude, we LOVE Ticket to Ride. We have the Europe version, which is a different strategy, and we always get our butts kicked when we play the US version with people who own it. Oh well.
Good luck with the next few weeks, and baby stuff. One of my BFF's just had a baby boy. Doesn't make me baby hungry (not much could, really), but it's fun to see such a little person! I'm looking forward to pics of your new little one.
now i have to comment on ticket to ride too... we got the america version and are addicted!
